Andersons Solicitors was established by Natasha Anderson who qualified as a Solicitor

in London in 2007.

Natasha is also a fully qualified Police Station Representative and Higher Rights Advocate in the Crown Court.

Natasha has completed advanced training provided by the Law Society to represent vulnerable adults and young people.

Meet The Team

Natasha Anderson

Natasha is a practising Duty Solicitor, and the Owner and Director of Andersons Solicitors.

Natasha undertook the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law in London. She was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2007. Natasha is the Head of the Criminal Department and Supervisor.

Natasha has attained the Higher Rights of Audience certification, which permits her to conduct Crown Court jury Trials.

During Natasha’s career, she has represented clients including young offenders, in a wide range of offences from Murder, Drug Trafficking and Supply, Sexual Offences, multi million pound Frauds, through to more minor infringements of the law. Natasha is an experienced Police Station Advisor who regularly represents clients in interviews under Caution at police stations across the country.

Natasha is a competent advocate at court and is passionate in representing her clients irrespective of the offence.

Natasha is proud of the Firm’s focus on client care and ensuring that a member of the Team is always available to assist with any enquiries, and that clients are regularly updated on the conduct of their case at each stage.

Natasha is currently studying French and enjoys meditation.

Martin Newton

Martin is a practising Duty Solicitor and Higher Rights Advocate.

Martin was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 1993. He completed the LPC at The College of Law in York.

Martin went on to achieve Higher Rights of Audience in 1998. This permits him to undertake Crown Court Trials.

Martin joined Andersons Solicitors in 2024 having practised in Peterborough throughout his professional career. Martin has over 30 years’ experience representing clients and dealing with criminal cases in the Magistrates’ and Crown Court, as well as advising clients at the police station.

As a result of Martin’s many years of practice he has experience in a wide range of offences from Murder, Fraud, Kidnapping and many more.

Martin regularly undertakes Trials in the Magistrates Court and is an astute advocate.

Jo Fleming

Jo is Office Manager at Andersons Solicitors and is often the first point of contact for prospective clients either in person or on the telephone.

Jo joined Andersons Solicitors in 2024 and works closely with the Director and Principal Solicitor to ensure that all our clients receive the high standard of customer service that the firm has become renowned for.

Phoebe Daley

Phoebe joined Andersons Solicitors in April 2024 and is currently employed as a Trainee Solicitor. She graduated from De Montfort University in September 2024 with a First-Class Honours degree in Law. Phoebe is also a Probationary Police Station Advisor, which enables her to represent the firm’s own clients at the police station.

Phoebe places paramount importance on client care and is committed to supporting clients throughout the progression of their cases, from the police station through to the Crown Court.

Phoebe is currently undertaking a Solicitors Degree Apprenticeship and intends to qualify as a solicitor in early 2027.

Agata Pawlak

Agata joined the Team in 2005 as a freelance Accredited Police Station Advisor.

As a police station advisor (or representative) Agata provides professional, independent, free, and confidential advice to suspects in custody in England & Wales.

Agata can advise suspects on their legal rights, review police disclosure, and guide suspects through interviews under Caution to ensure fair treatment under PACE (Police and Criminal Evidence Act) codes.

Agata is fluent in Polish and is an accredited Polish interpreter.

Agata shares the firm’s values and is extremely client care focused.
